Luz A. Sánchez

Dr. Luz A. Sánchez is a mental health counselor with a Master of Science in Education and advanced certification from Alfred University. She has experience providing therapy to survivors of intimate partner violence, supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-esteem challenges. Her approach is flexible, using various evidence-based modalities to help clients navigate life’s difficulties. Prior to counseling, she worked as a health educator, developing programs on self-care, stress management, and chronic conditions. Passionate about helping others, Ms. Sánchez continues to expand her knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care and support clients in achieving healthier, more balanced lives.
