Dr. Bridgette Matías Villanueva, PsyD, is a bilingual postdoctoral psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University and completed her internship at NYU Langone Health, Brooklyn. Trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, she works with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex life stressors. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices with cultural and faith perspectives, creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and guided toward healing and personal growth.
