Aris Garcia-Rolon, LMHC
Mrs. Arisleydi Garcia-Rolon earned her Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University in New York City. She completed her internship at the Baruch College CUNY’s Starr Career Development Center. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. She is also a certified 200 hour Yoga Instructor.
Mrs. Garcia-Rolon has several years of experience assisting individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, vocational difficulties, and interpersonal difficulties. She also has experience working with individuals that are struggling to reconcile identity issues. Mrs. Garcia-Rolon utilizes her knowledge of yoga and anatomy to promote further awareness into how mental health affects her patient’s physical wellness. She has worked in various settings treating individuals of many demographic backgrounds. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mrs. Garcia-Rolon has been able to treat individuals and families facing acculturation difficulties.
Mrs. Garcia-Rolon views therapy as a collaborative relationship between the patient and the therapist. She utilizes evidenced based interventions. Her goal is to help her patients feel empowered to make the change they desire and achieve the best versions of themselves.
